Shipping policy

Made to order: every Luvè tree is handmade to order once you order it. Allow 2-3 weeks from your order to your door. The product page and your cart show the dates for an order placed that day.

Christmas: the last day to order for delivery before Christmas is Sunday 29 November. Orders placed after that date arrive on the dates shown before you pay, which may be after Christmas.

Where we deliver: Australia-wide.

Shipping costs: shipping is free on orders over A$600, which includes any 240cm tree and the Corner Trio. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

If your order will be late: if anything holds up your order, we will email you as soon as we know, with a new date. You can choose to wait for it or to cancel for a full refund.

Damaged in transit: if your tree arrives damaged, email info@luvelabel.com with your order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund you. Please keep the packaging until we reply. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
