Each tree is handmade to order. Allow 2-3 weeks from your order to your door: the product page and your cart show the dates for an order placed today. Order by 29 November for Christmas.

29 November. Orders placed after it arrive on the dates shown before you pay, which may be after Christmas.

Free on orders over A$600, which includes any 240cm tree and the Corner Trio. Smaller orders see their shipping at checkout, before you pay.

Forma comes in heights from 30cm to 240cm and Élan from 150cm to 270cm, measured from base to tip. Forma's table sizes, up to 60cm, are made for a table, a sideboard or a mantel; the taller ones stand on the floor. Every size is on the product page.

Leave about 10cm between the tip and the ceiling. Most Australian ceilings are 2.4 m: the 210cm and every size below it fits under one. Tap See it to scale on any product page: it draws your tree beside a person and a doorway, under the ceiling height you set.

It arrives folded flat. Fan it open until the edges meet; hidden magnets snap it shut. It takes seconds, and the tree stands on its own.

Yes. Release the magnets and it folds flat, back in its box for next year. Keep it somewhere dry and out of direct sun.

Yes. The Corner Trio puts three heights together, 240, 150 and 90cm in one colour, and it ships free. Or build your own set of up to four trees, Forma or Élan, in the set builder. Two trees save 5%, three save 10% and four or more save 15%, taken off in your cart.

Email info@luvelabel.com with your order number and we will sort it out. If a tree arrives damaged or faulty, add a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
